1. General provisions

This Privacy Policy sets out how personal data of privatejet.kz users is processed and protected. Data is processed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V of 21 May 2013 “On Personal Data and Its Protection”. The data operator is Private Jet KZ (contact person — Sanat Toleuov), 33-97 Syganak St, Astana. By using the website and submitting a request, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Policy.

2. What data we collect

We collect only the data required to process your request and provide the service:

• the name you enter in the booking form;
• your phone number and WhatsApp account details if you message us there;
• the date of the trip, the selected service and the route;
• your email address if you contact us by email;
• technical data: IP address, browser and device type, referral source, pages viewed and visit time.

3. Purposes of processing

Personal data is processed solely for the following purposes:

• contacting you to confirm and clarify the details of your booking;
• arranging the transfer, dispatching the vehicle and providing the rental service;
• issuing payment documents for cashless settlements;
• responding to your questions and enquiries;
• analysing website traffic and improving service quality in anonymised form.

4. Legal basis

Personal data is processed on the basis of your consent, which you give when submitting a request through the website form, contacting us via WhatsApp, by phone or by email, and by continuing to use the website with cookies enabled. Providing data is voluntary, however without your name and contact number we cannot confirm a booking.

5. Sharing data with third parties

We do not sell your personal data and do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared only in the following cases:

• with the driver assigned to your booking — to the extent required to dispatch the vehicle;
• with technical service providers: WhatsApp (Meta Platforms), Yandex.Metrica (Yandex), Meta Pixel and the Cloudflare hosting platform — under their own privacy policies;
• with authorised state bodies — in cases expressly provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6. Cookies and analytics

The website uses cookies and the Yandex.Metrica and Meta Pixel web analytics systems. They collect anonymised information about visitor behaviour: pages visited, session duration, referral source and device type. This data does not identify you personally and is used to assess advertising performance and website usability. You can disable cookies in your browser settings — the core functions of the website will continue to work.

7. Data retention

Booking data is kept no longer than the purpose of processing requires: as a rule, up to 12 months from your last enquiry, and where financial documents exist, for the period established by the tax legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. After that period the data is deleted or anonymised.

8. Your rights

In relation to your personal data you have the right to:

• obtain information about what data concerning you is being processed;
• request correction, blocking or deletion of data that is incomplete, outdated or unlawfully obtained;
• withdraw your consent to processing at any time;
• lodge a complaint with the authorised personal data protection body of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

9. Data security

We take the organisational and technical measures necessary to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. The website runs over the secure HTTPS protocol. Access to booking data is limited to the people directly involved in processing orders.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy — for example, if the set of services we use or legal requirements change. The current version is always published on this page together with the date of the last update. We recommend reviewing it from time to time.
